TeamE Multi Sport College Scholarship Application

TeamE Multi Sport Foundation scholarship application is for athletes who have given back to the community through Multi Sport and continued participation in swimming, biking and running through High School. Applications will be reviewed annually by our Foundation board and scholarships will be awarded for up to $1,500.00 as the board feels fit. Please make sure when filling out application that you mention community hours given back to the sport. Applications will be accepted from Jan. 1-June 1st of each Calendar year. Must be a high school senior to apply.
